Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, we're happy to assist you with an exchange or refund. You can return or exchange Pricomfy items within 30 days of receiving all your items by contacting us via email.

Subjective Reasons: If you feel the clothing doesn't meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving all your items. You may request a return. Please note: If you didn't meet the free shipping threshold and were charged shipping fees, these fees will not be refunded as they have been used to deliver the package.

Objective Reasons: If the item you received is not what you ordered, please provide a photo of the incorrect item. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Unconditional Resend of Original Order: We will resend the original order if:

  • The customer provides clear proof of loss;

  • The postal service shows the package was delivered, but the customer has contacted the local post office multiple times and still hasn’t received a response;

  • There's a delivery time and tracking number, but no logistics information is available;

  • You received an incorrect or damaged item.

Order Changes/Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the item is shipped. After cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

How to Return/Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving all your packages by clicking here or emailing us at pricomfy@gmail.com. Our customer service team will process your request as quickly as possible. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. Once the returned item is received, our customer service center will process your refund.

Please pack your items securely and include your name, email, order number, and a brief explanation for the return. If you're requesting an exchange, please provide the link to the new item, along with the desired color and size.

If your item is lost during shipping, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns. Please provide the tracking number when returning the product.

Shipping Cost Refund: Return/exchange shipping costs will only be refunded in cases of incorrect or damaged products.

Processing Time and Shipping Time
Delivery Time: Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing Time: Before shipment, we typically need 1-5 business days to prepare your items. Processing time is different from shipping time. Please note that some orders may still take 5-7 business days, depending on stock availability. We will ship to the address you provided before making payment, so please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If you need to change the address, please contact us at pricomfy@gmail.com within 12 hours.

Shipping Time: For international shipping, your order typically takes 7-15 business days to arrive, with longer times for more distant locations.

For domestic shipping within the United States, most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days, with some remote areas taking a bit longer.

A1: Items must be in their original condition: unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Damaged or defective items can be returned or exchanged at any time. Sets must be returned as a complete set; individual items cannot be returned separately.
